Food and fuel shortage in Mosul

Update from yesterday:

Prices have started shooting up and salaries of workers are not being paid. People keep on buying a lot of stuff, preparation for any emergency that could happen. As for fuel, cars owners wait for 3 days in gas station in order to get 40 litres of benzene. There is shortage in gas cylinders but armed men started giving away gas cylinders to people after taking their Supplies Card. Every gas cylinder for 7000 dinars, about $6.5. Armed men keep on spreading news that food, salaries and fuel will be provided for people in the next few days; however, those rumours started to spread on a very wide scale in the city, so people are afraid now that food and fuel shortage will become more severe.
